HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION (HOA)

Upper Stonecrest

Upper Stonecrest residents belong to an HOA. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of the commonly-owned landscaping areas in Upper Stonecrest, including the park at the top of Mammoth. A portion of the HOA fees that residents pay covers the costs of providing the landscape maintenance.

Annexation will have no affect on the HOA
The HOA will continue to be responsible for maintenance of the landscaping and park.
