Stormwater
Fee
The City assesses
a stormwater fee. The County does not assess this fee. This fee
is more than offset by the lower taxes and fees assessed in the
City.
- The City’s
annual stormwater fee is $24 per residence for parcels below 14,000
square feet. Most parcels in Stonecrest are less than 14,000 square
feet.
- For parcels
larger than 14,000 square feet, an additional .16 cents is collected
for each 1,000 square feet above 14,000.
